What is the promotion?

We are offering our consumers a KIDS GO FREE voucher when purchasing a promotional Vileda product. The promotional voucher entitles the holder to ONE FREE CHILD ENTRY (with the purchase of a full paying adult) to any one of the participating Merlin venues.

How long does the promotion run for?

The promotion will close for redemptions on 30.04.20. Any purchases made outside of the promotional period will not be accepted. Any claims to redeem the promotional vouchers after the closing date will not be accepted.

Do I need to buy a Vileda product to redeem a KIDS GO FREE voucher?

Yes, to acquire and redeem the KIDS GO FREE voucher, you must purchase a promotional product. Once you have purchased your promotional product, remove the promotional leaflet (mop handlewrap, tag or label) and cut out the voucher.

How many times can I redeem a KIDS GO FREE voucher?

You can only redeem one KIDS GO FREE voucher for the duration of the promotional period.

How old do I have to be to redeem a KIDS GO FREE voucher?

You must be 18 or older to participate in this promotion and redeem your KIDS GO FREE voucher.

What age does my child need to be to redeem a KIDS GO FREE voucher?
  • Under 16 years at SEA LIFE venues.
  • Under 18 years at LEGOLAND Discovery Centres.
  • Under 12 years at Chessington World of Adventures Resort.


REDEEMING YOUR VOUCHER

How do I redeem my KIDS GO FREE voucher?

To redeem your KIDS GO FREE voucher, you must first purchase a promotional product. You’ll then need to remove the promotional leaflet (mop handlewrap, tag or label) and remove the voucher from the inside of the leaflet.
Present the voucher at the entrance to any of the participating venues.

Can I redeem my KIDS GO FREE voucher online?

No, all vouchers must be presented at the attraction gate entrance. You can book online in advance for entry to SEA LIFE and LEGOLAND Discovery Centres using the code found under the barcode on the voucher, but the voucher must also be presented at the attraction gate.

When can I redeem my KIDS GO FREE voucher?

KIDS GO FREE vouchers are valid until 30.04.20. Exclusions: 25.12.19 at all venues, and any secondary ticketed events/hotel events/concerts/Christmas events at all attractions. Please check the attraction websites before planning your visit. Any purchases made outside of the promotional period will not be accepted. Any claims to redeem the promotional vouchers after the closing date will not be accepted.

We are offering our consumers the chance to win 1 of 202 prizes to be used at Chessington World of Adventures Resort.

How long does the promotion run for?

The main promotion opens on 24.05.19 and closes on 30.10.19.

The catch-all draw closes on 29.02.20.

What prizes can be won?

Prizes available (for use at Chessington World of Adventures only) include:

  • 150 x Fastrack Pass (3 rides)
    All FastTrack tickets are per person and cannot be shared between people. They are valid on the date of redemption and cannot be transferred or returned. All rides are subject to availability and height restrictions apply. The Fastrack Pass does not include Park entry.
  • 10 x Fastrack Pass (all 15 rides)
    All FastTrack tickets are per person and cannot be shared between people. They are valid on the date of redemption and cannot be transferred or returned. All rides are subject to availability and height restrictions apply. The Fastrack Pass does not include Park entry.
  • 5 x Giraffe Feeding Experience
    Minimum age for this experience is 5 years old. No one under the age of 5 years is permitted on the Giraffe Feeding Experience. Children aged between 5-12 years old will need to be accompanied by a full paying adult. No buggies are allowed in the feeding area during the experience. The Giraffe Feeding Experience does not include Park entry.
  • 5 x Giraffe Safari
    Minimum age for this experience is 5 years old. No one under the age of 5 years is permitted on the Giraffe Safari Experience. Children aged between 5-12 years old will need to be accompanied by a full paying adult. Guests must be prepared to evacuate the truck in an emergency and this may involve moving from one truck to another. The Giraffe Safari Experience does not include Park entry.
  • 10 x Mini Meet & Greets
    Minimum age for this experience is 12 months old. No one under the age of 12 months is permitted on this Experience. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. One free adult ticket will be allocated per child. All animals are subject to availability. The Mini Meet and Greets Experience does not include Park entry.
  • 20 x African Animal Safari
    Minimum age for this experience is 5 years old. No one under the age of 5 years is permitted on the African Animal Safari Experience. Children aged between 5- 12 years old will need to be accompanied by a full paying adult. Guests must be prepared to evacuate the truck in an emergency and this may involve moving from one truck to another. The African Animal Safari Experience does not include park entry.
  • 2 x Hotel Rooms (Standard, off peak)
    Prize is for one off peak night with bed and breakfast at the Chessington World of Adventures Resort Hotel for a family of four (includes 2 adults aged 18+ and 2 children under 18). Off peak excludes school holidays, Sunday nights, when followed by a Bank Holiday Monday and Saturday nights. Excludes premium bedrooms.

Do I need to buy a Vileda product to enter the promotion?

If your country of residence is England, Scotland or Wales you will need to purchase a promotional product to enter the promotion.
